We’re looking for a Luxury Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our Laramie team and help customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with elegance and love.

• Deliver Luxury Experiences – Help customers explore our fine jewelry, educate them on quality, metals, and stones, and guide them through their purchase with confidence.
• Drive Sales Excellence – Reach individual and team sales goals by offering exceptional customer care and product knowledge.
• Support Daily Operations – Assist in inventory handling, repairs, shipping/receiving, and store presentation.
• Grow Your Expertise – Learn about fine jewelry, diamonds, custom design, and luxury customer service. Provide minor watch/jewelry repairs and quotes.
• Be a Brand Ambassador – Represent Rasmussen Jewelers in the community through local events, partnerships, and social engagement.

• You have 2+ years of customer service or sales experience (luxury or jewelry retail a plus—but not required!)
• You’re confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with all types of people
• You have strong communication skills and a natural sense of style
• You’re goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and enjoy being part of a close‑knit team
• You’re available for a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
• You’re able to commute or relocate to Laramie, WY

• Shifts Available: Morning, day, evening, and night
• Pay: $12–16 per hour plus commission
