* Job Description:
** - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care within your scope of practice.
- Provide personalized education to patients based on their individual needs.
- Transcribe, implement, and utilize protocols and physician orders effectively.
- Coordinate a healthcare team and delegate appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure optimal patient care.

* Education:
** - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

* Experience:
** - Previous hospital experience is preferred.
** Credentials:** - Must possess a current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Must have current, valid BLS certification or obtain it within 60 days of hire and maintain credentials throughout employment.
- Must have current, valid ACLS certification or obtain it within six months of hire if taking call or administering conscious sedation.
- CNOR Certification is preferred.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Complete annual required CEUs.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy, and a professional attitude.
- Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and the general public both verbally and in writing.
- Exhibit strong listening skills.
- Possess excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively without immediate supervision.
- Learn new computer software programs quickly.
- Recognize and protect confidential information.
- Demonstrate ethical and legal accountability in your position.
