• Prepare agendas, master project budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives and client needs
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at various phases of the project
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, advising clients and property management on costs
• Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Familiarity with government laws, regulations, and building codes
