Payroll Specialist​/HR

We’re seeking a reliable Payroll Specialist / HR team member to handle payroll processing, HR support, and onsite leadership duties. This role includes participation in the MOD (Manager on Duty) and ECR rotation which involves minimal weekend coverage flexible with the team.

• Process bi‑monthly payroll, new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments
• Maintain employee and health files
• Complete background checks, insurance and 401(k) paperwork, and LOA documents
• Track injuries and report to VSO
• Prepare daily census and labor reports
• Train employees on time clock use and verify hours with department heads
• Ensure accurate payroll corrections and submissions
• Support onsite management as part of MOD/ECR rotation
• Additional responsibilities in accordance with established policies and procedures

• High School diploma or equivalent
• HR/Payroll experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong team and individual skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
