Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal position located in LaPlace, LA. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and assisting with drafting pleadings and motions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing document reviews, organizing case files, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently to support the litigation process effectively.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and finalizing documents
- Experience in Document Review, ensuring accuracy and managing relevant case materials
- Strong skills in Legal Research, with the ability to analyze and organize case-related information effectively
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis Nexis
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred
