Job Description

Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser – Join our team to support merchandising for world‑famous snacks such as Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits per Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Monitor compliance with sales‑representative negotiated plans and communicate any issues to the management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of performing physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling > 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Residency within 25 mi of Lapeer, MI (primary location). Secondary locations:
  Oxford, MI;
  Imlay City, MI.
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday, Monday, Friday. Start times 07:00‑10:00 AM (variable). 15 hrs per week.

• Hourly compensation: $14.00‑$16.00, depending on experience.
