The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
- Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
- Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
- Performing store inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Completing Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
- Hanging signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Manager’s Specials.
- Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery efforts.
- Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer. - Ensuring a distinctive shopping experience.
- Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
- Self-directed with minimal assistance required.
- Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
- Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
- Maintain safety and productivity standards.
- Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
- Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
- Lift overhead occasionally.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
- Read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Handle contact with birds/poultry.
- Complete training successfully.
