10-4 Logistics USA, seeks qualified Class A CDL (CDL‑A) truck drivers for W‑2, over‑the‑road (OTR) assignments with full benefits. This opportunity is suited to drivers seeking predictable OTR routes, modern automatic equipment, and competitive pay including performance incentives.

Compensation and benefits
  • Mileage pay: $0.50–$0.65 per mile (varies by experience and domicile)
  • Performance bonus: $0.10 per mile, paid weekly
  • Estimated typical weekly earnings: $1,350–$1,800 (strong performers may reach the upper range)

Schedule and home time

  • 2022–2025 automatic Freightliner Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors
  • Primarily dry van freight; approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook
  • Majority no‑touch freight; occasional customer unloads may be required
Primary responsibilities
  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies
  • Complete assigned OTR routes, pickups, and deliveries according to schedule and instructions
  • Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly
  • Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and ELD logs
  • Ensure proper cargo handling, securement, and documentation for dry van freight
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries
  • Follow fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety procedures
Minimum qualifications
  • Valid CDL‑A license
  • One of the following recent experience pathways:
    • At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months
    • 6 months verifiable OTR, regional, or local tractor‑trailer experience within the last 12 months
    • 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
  • Able to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
  • Drivers residing far from domicile may need a safe, authorized place to park assigned equipment
