One of the toughest parts of a truck driving job is the inconsistency that comes with it. From how much freight you’ll find this week — and, therefore, how much you’ll get paid — to figuring out the next time you’ll be able to go home, it can be a lot.

With a regional or dedicated route with Anderson Trucking Service (ATS), you’ll know what to expect this week, next week and every week — including weekly home time. Build quality relationships with your customers as you consistently move their freight.

• Average company driver pay is 73 CPM
• Company van drivers start at 60-62 CPM based on experience
• Mileage Incentive program:
• 1,900-1,999 miles/wk: extra $100
• 2,000-2,099 miles/wk: extra $150
• 2,100+ miles/wk: extra $200
• Average weekly pay $1,350-$1,750
• $1,000 orientation completion bonus
• Earn a minimum of $1,300/wk for their first 12 weeks with ATS

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL driver’s license
• Must have at least six months verifiable OTR experience
• Must meet DOT requirements
• Must have a stable, verifiable work history and acceptable driving record
