• Develop and maintain clean, tested, and well-documented code for the personal loan platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve issues
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and service-based systems
• Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure the reliability and performance of systems through testing and integration with third‑party vendors

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with backend programming languages such as Java, C#, or preferably JavaScript/Type Script
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, or preferably Postgre
  
  SQL)
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and service-based systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences

• Familiarity with testing frameworks and concepts such as mocking, stubbing, and contract testing
• Experience with Docker and AWS for infrastructure management
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• A proactive approach to learning and trying new ideas
• Experience with observability tools like Amplitude, Sentry, Splunk, or Dynatrace
