Sr. Front End Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong experience in React.js and foundational knowledge of Java for back-end development. This role will primarily focus on building accessible, performant, and scalable user interfaces while supporting back-end integration as needed.

• Collaborate with development teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components that meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ADA, Section 508) and responsive design principles.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Support back-end development tasks using Java when required.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 80% Front-End / 20% Back-End development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Java for back-end development.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay range: $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
