Welder / MIG/MAG/TIG, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Shift: 4:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays (as needed)

Core Welding and Fabrication
- MIG and TIG welding in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions
- Fabrication and repair of roll‑off containers and metal components
- Inspection of welds to ensure quality and specifications
Equipment and Repair Work
- Thermal cutting, grinding and surface preparation
- Repair and replacement of hydraulic hoses and fittings
- Troubleshooting and replacing electrical wiring components
Shop and Field Support
- Forklift operation (training provided if needed)
- Occasional offsite compactor repairs
- Painting and refinishing repaired containers
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Completion of welding school or equivalent training, required
- Minimum 1 year of welding experience, including proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, required
- Basic knowledge of thermal cutting and grinding processes, required
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, required
- Valid Driver’s License, required
- Ability to obtain CDL, preferred
- Forklift experience, preferred (ability to obtain certification if necessary)
