Shift: 4:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays (as needed)

Core Welding and Fabrication

• MIG and TIG welding in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions
• Fabrication and repair of roll‑off containers and metal components
• Inspection of welds to ensure quality and specifications

Equipment and Repair Work

• Thermal cutting, grinding and surface preparation
• Repair and replacement of hydraulic hoses and fittings
• Troubleshooting and replacing electrical wiring components

Shop and Field Support

• Forklift operation (training provided if needed)
• Occasional offsite compactor repairs
• Painting and refinishing repaired containers

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Completion of welding school or equivalent training, required
• Minimum 1 year of welding experience, including proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, required
• Basic knowledge of thermal cutting and grinding processes, required
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, required
• Valid Driver’s License, required
• Ability to obtain CDL, preferred
• Forklift experience, preferred (ability to obtain certification if necessary)
