Kanazeh Lawn Service has been creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces throughout the Lansing area since 2012. Our team specializes in landscape construction, property maintenance, and outdoor living installations designed to enhance residential and commercial properties year-round.

Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking experienced Hardscape Crew Members to assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, and landscape construction projects.

This role is ideal for individuals with construction or outdoor installation experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building high-quality outdoor environments.

• Install patios, retaining walls, and hardscape features
• Operate skid steers and construction equipment safely
• Perform grading, material preparation, and site setup
• Utilize carpentry and construction-style skills
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company safety procedures
• Assist with seasonal cleanups or snow services as needed

• Previous hardscape or construction experience required
• Experience operating skid steers or equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Typical workday:
• 7:30–8:00 AM start
• 5:00–5:30 PM end
• Hours vary seasonally based on workload.

• $18–$24 per hour
