• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and address their HVAC needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.
• Live within 25 miles of our Dexter, MI service area.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and subsequent periodic drug screening.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician and Installer who has at least 2 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients.
