Job Title:
Maintenance Technician
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems in a bustling stamping and welded assembly plant.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus up to 400 vac and 800 amps, including transformers and wiring.
- Repair automated machinery and equipment such as Fanuc robots.
- Experience with Fanuc robotics and industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical systems and automation.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and Allen‑Bradley systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform welding tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fanuc Robot Troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to touch up robot points and move spot welds.
- Understanding of IO (inputs/outputs) and capability to home robots.
- Experience in robotic spot welding.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
