What You'll Do
* Assist in the installation of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, and other heat-weldable membranes
* Support the roofing crew with material handling, tear-offs, clean-up, and equipment setup
* Learn safe and effective use of roofing tools, equipment, and safety systems on active job sites
* Follow direction from crew leaders and foremen to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
* Participate in job site setup, staging, and final cleanup to maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Receive hands-on training in commercial roofing practices with opportunities for rapid advancement
* Represent Superior Services R.S.H., Inc. with professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
What You Bring
* A strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the commercial roofing industry
* Construction, roofing, or general trades experience preferred (but not required)
* Familiarity with heat-weldable membranes or heavy equipment is a plus
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
* Valid driver's license preferred (Chauffeur or CDL license a plus)
* Reliable, hardworking attitude with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
* A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to take direction and learn from experienced crew members
