HVAC Installer

A-1 Mechanical is seeking skilled Residential New Construction HVAC Installers. No prior HVAC experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong interest in HVAC systems and mechanical code standards.

• Assist in installing HVAC equipment, gas piping, duct systems, copper refrigerant lines, and wiring for heating and cooling systems.
• Perform brazing and soldering of copper lines with care.
• Manage inventory on company vehicles, ensuring parts are stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with company representatives and adhere to schedules.
• Complete paperwork accurately daily.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 4+ years.
• Ability to pass physical, drug screening, and background checks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed.

• Hourly pay up to $25.00, based on experience.
