• Employment Type: Part‑time (16‑36 hours per week based on availability)

• Rate of Pay:$19.50–$21.00 per hour (rate varies by work site)
• Position Overview: Part‑time role with up to 36 hours per week and occasional overtime

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Stay alert to suspicious activities, observe, and report incidents.
• Present a professional appearance and guard lobbies, reception areas, and control centers.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols as required.
• Control access: verify employee and vendor IDs, follow access procedures.
• Maintain safety: enforce policies, report safety concerns.
• Respond to emergencies, administer CPR/First Aid/AED, and coordinate with emergency personnel.
• Communicate professionally with client staff and keep supervisors updated on communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid, unexpired Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL) holder.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good moral character; pass criminal background check with no felony or disqualifying misdemeanor convictions.
• Pass psychological evaluation.
• Pass drug test at hire and annually thereafter.
• Friendly, positive, professional appearance per company grooming policy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret English documents.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and work indoors or outdoors 8–12 hours at a time.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• High school diploma or GED)
• Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
• LEOSA credential.
