Job summary:
Havel is looking for a Temperature Controls Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for selling building automation system add-ons, upgrades, and installations to the Building Automation Team by providing innovative solutions, timely quotations and accurate estimates.
From mechanical system analysis and standard energy retrofits, to the installation of complex and integrated protocol systems, we deliver state-of-the-art expertise and customer-centered service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.
- Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
- Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
- Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects.
- Other duties as needed.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record of accomplishment.
- We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
- Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
- Proven record of sales capabilities.
- Must be willing to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
Compensation: $80, salary plus sales commission
