Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, plays a vital role in making the various stages of the water treatment process more effective and efficient. Our products and services have applications across municipal wastewater, drinking water, environmental contaminant treatment and residential water treatment, along with ultra‑purification of water used in food and beverage manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing and semiconductor applications.

Responsibilities
  • Help meet and exceed aftermarket parts and service sales targets by crafting long‑term, valuable relationships with customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, lead a sales funnel of opportunities, and present progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics and initiatives to internal and external partners.
  • Respond to inquiries and identify new business opportunities through the entire customer life‑cycle, working with cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain a Great Lakes US Municipal Territory, including MI, N. IL, WI, N. OH.
  • Develop monthly sales territory, account plans and customer engagement to achieve assigned targets.
  • Prepare and present a monthly funnel review using  (SFDC) to demonstrate funnel quality, activity plans, and account base command.
  • Prepare and present monthly forecasts by accurately handling opportunity dates, dollar value, and probabilities in SFDC.
  • Collect and report information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market, providing input during monthly business reviews.
  • Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, customer seminars and channel management.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or technical degree in a science‑related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment and aftermarket.
  • Proven ability to sell complex products and solutions to professional customers.
  • Experience using CRM tools ( or similar) to manage pipeline and customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory (MI, Northern IL, WI, Northern OH).
US ONLY

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for commission pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
