Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising and stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need. From everyday needs to special occasions, members rely on you as their guide to the products they love. Your work may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves.

• Promptly unload trucks.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs.
• Guide and support members regarding self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; and promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintain safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift and hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation in line with company policies by stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards are met.
• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled accurately throughout the day.
