About Us:

The Server position requires great communication, multitasking, and a good knowledge of food and drinks to make sure guests have a great dining experience. The Server takes orders, serves guests with professionalism, and keeps the service area clean and organized, all while following company rules and safety guidelines.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guest Service & Hospitality: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Food & Beverage Expertise: Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Order Accuracy & Efficiency: Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking & Organization: Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude in high‑pressure situations.
  • POS System & Cash Handling: Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines.
  • Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (20–50 lbs.), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
  • Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.
