Summary of Position
Responsibilities- Responsible for ensuring that the greeting and seating of guests is prompt, efficient and friendly and courteous. They will coordinate the organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness of the dining room.

- May be required to assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Cooperation, communication, and teamwork are essential traits for our team.
- May be required to accept and facilitate To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering and facilitate those orders execution in a timely manner.
- Responsible for properly handling cash and credit cards for all transactions taken during the work shift.
- Ensure that all reservations, telephone, waiting list, and take-out procedures are followed.
- Maintains a professional image and proper uniform standards while performing job related tasks.
- Monitors responsible selling and service of alcohol at all times as mandated by the respected licensing authorities, Serve Safe Alcohol training and Boston’s Pizza training guidelines. Reports any concerns to the Manager immediately.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Other duties as required.
- Frequent Guest contact and high visibility in the dining room are expected at all times.
- Ensures all Guests are attended to and served to Boston’s high standards. Involve a manager immediately when a negative Guest experience is identified.
- Responsible for the smooth, even flow of the dining room as a top priority.
- Thank every Guest for their patronage in a sincere manner.
- Maintains a high level of food and beverage knowledge and ensures all menu items are prepared according to Boston’s standards and expectations.
- Ensure standard recipes and methods are used to ensure consistency and efficiency for all menu items.
- Stay abreast of promotions and assist in their implementation and new promotions.
- The health and safety of guests is a priority. Maintain cleanliness of the inside and outside of the restaurant in line with Boston’s standards and local health department expectations.
- Follow proper practices to ensure food safety. Monitor time and temperature, personal hygiene, and prevent cross-contamination.
- Adhere to checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
