The Impact You’ll Make As part of Neogen’s Technical Service Lab team, you’ll work with internal colleagues and directly with customers to identify the right‑fit products that save them time and money.Every day, we solve complex challenges and deliver solutions that matter. You’ll become a trusted resource on Neogen’s products and their technical applications, helping ensure food safety and quality. What You’ll Do
- Perform matrix feasibility testing using industry-leading tools like Petrifilm® Plates, Soleris® Rapid Microbiology testing system, and Reveal® 3‑D Allergen Kits.
- Develop and deliver customer‑facing reports, protocols, and documentation for testing projects.
- Investigate and resolve performance cases, troubleshooting issues with Neogen kits such as Molecular Detection System (MDS) Kits and Veratox® ELISA kits.
- Lead or assist in internal training sessions to build team expertise on Neogen technologies.

- Support studies and participate in alpha/beta evaluations for new products.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Hands‑on experience in microbiology and/or chemistry.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
- Strong skills in technical report writing and documentation.
- Ability to deliver customer presentations with clarity and confidence.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in foodloor, microbiology, or chemistry (required).
- Strong understanding of laboratory protocols and ISO compliance.
