We are hiring a Travel Nurse - RN - RNFA in Lansing, Michigan, offering $2,822.40/week.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced perioperative nursing care as a Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) during surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons in operative and invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, including wound care and patient assessments.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records.
- Valid RN license in Michigan.
- Certification as RNFA or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
