Emergency Department Registered Nurses will deliver rapid, high‑quality care to patients presenting with acute illness, trauma, and urgent medical needs. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients, prioritize treatment, and support safe and effective outcomes in a demanding clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage and assess patients based on acuity and presenting symptoms
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions
- Operate emergency‑care equipment such as cardiac monitors and defibrillators
- Respond rapidly to critical situations, including trauma and cardiac events
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX‑RN passed or in progress
- Minimum of 24 months of recent acute‑care experience in the Emergency Department or similar high‑acuity setting
- Willingness to relocate to Michigan for a minimum of three years
- Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, depending on experience
- Healthcare Coverage: Full medical, dental, and vision
- Paid flights and airport transfers
- Credentialing and licensure support
- Up to $5,000 USD sign‑on bonus
