Locum Jobs Online  is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Emergency Medicine NP in Lansing, Michigan, 48910!

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan, starting Mar 2, 2026. This role features 11a-11p shifts in a 10-bed fast track area within the emergency department, with attending physician support available at all times.

• Schedule:
  
  11a-11p, seven days a week; one APP shift daily; permanent providers cover a portion of the schedule

• Independently manage patients in a fast track area of the emergency department
• Collaborate with attending physicians, available 24 hours a day for case review, guidance, or questions
• Evaluate and treat a range of emergency cases appropriate to the fast track area
• Coordinate effectively with emergency medicine residents and physicians on duty
• Adhere to facility protocols and ensure timely documentation of patient care

• Minimum 2 years of recent emergency department experience required
• Must have a clean background for expedited credentialing (no exceptions)
• Michigan license required
• Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification (ENP) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certifications required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
