Required Skills:
- Current CRNA certification and licensure in Michigan
- Proven experience in anesthesia, particularly with MAC procedures

- Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient safety standards
- Proficient in documenting care in EPIC EMR system
- Excellent communication and professional judgment skills
- Prior experience in endoscopy or outpatient anesthesia
- Familiarity with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Basic understanding of endoscopy procedures and related anesthesia practices
- Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure anesthesia experience
- Prior locum or outpatient practice experience preferred
- Credentialing timeframe estimated at 60-120 days
- Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
- Orientation provided at half the hourly rate
- Willingness to work a weekday day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Ability to start on 01/01/2026
