Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Lansing, MI

Required Skills:

• Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure
• Proven experience in anesthesia, particularly with MAC procedures in an outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically EPIC

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with endoscopy procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, and biopsies
• Additional certifications in emergency medicine or advanced airway management
• Prior work in outpatient or ambulatory care settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) with CCRNA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a CRNA in similar clinical environments
• Prior solo practice experience is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to start on 01/01/2026
• Travel and credentialing may require 60-120 days
• Reimbursement for mileage at IRS standard rate
• Orientation time paid at half the hourly rate
• Hourly rate of $180.90, with potential bonuses for holidays and conversions
