Hospice RN

Shift:Monday
- Friday 8am-5pm. Their on-call rotation is 1 weekend/month. When it is their scheduled weekend, they are on-call Friday from 5pm through Monday y also rotate one Wednesday/month from 5pm-8am.

Salary: $75k - $85k; $15k First Year Success Bonus (paid out quarterly)

Position Information: Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients in Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher
• Hospice (2+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • Tru Chart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
