Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Join our dynamic anesthesia team in Lansing, Michigan, where we offer a unique opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide independent anesthesia coverage at our Endoscopy Center. This locum position is set to commence in January 2026 and will continue through Summer 2026. Enjoy a stable weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call responsibilities.
The CRNA will work autonomously, managing a dedicated Endo Center and performing 10-16 cases per day.
- Provide anesthesia services independently for Adult and Geriatric patients in a dedicated Endoscopy setting.
- Perform MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) for endoscopy cases, including EGD and colonoscopy.
- Manage and document 10-16 anesthesia cases per day utilizing the EPIC EMR system.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated Endo Center support staff.
- Maintain compliance with anesthesia practices and protocols.
- Must be Board Certified in AANA.
- Active Michigan State Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in independent anesthesia practice is preferred.
- Strong reliability and comfort in an autonomous work environment.
- Active State Medical License in Michigan.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred.
