Salary Range: $39,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications to determine layout and procedures.
• Operate various welding equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal components and fabricate structures.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and compliance with specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting to ensure proper fit and adhesion.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, procedures, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts and products according to design requirements and production schedules.

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) relevant to manufacturing.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of welding metallurgy and material properties.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks in various positions and lift materials.

• AWS D1.1 or other advanced welding certifications
• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick)
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics
• Experience with robotic or automated welding systems
• Basic fabrication skills (cutting, grinding, fitting)
