Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, including tool wear, material defects, and machine malfunctions.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components from machines.
- Adjust machine settings (feeds, speeds, depth of cut) to ensure part quality and optimize production.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and maintain a clean work area.
- Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) for quality control.
- Experience with tooling selection, offsets, and fixture changes.
- Basic understanding of G-code and M-code for program adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM software for programming and simulation.
- Experience with multi-axis (4 or 5-axis) machining centers.
- Strong understanding of metrology and experience operating advanced inspection equipment (e.g., CMM).
- Demonstrated ability in preventative maintenance and minor troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
