In this position, youll work closely with quality engineers and manufacturing personnel to perform critical inspections using advanced CMM equipment. Youll play a key role in both routine checks and non-standard measurement requestssupporting production and tooling teams through hands-on metrology expertise. What Youll Do:

• Operate CMM equipment to perform in-process and final inspections
• Run existing inspection programs, interpret output, and ensure part conformity
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve measurement discrepancies
• Document inspection results per internal and industry standards
• Support tooling inspections for forging dies and post-machining analysis
• Maintain CMM equipment and ensure calibration standards are met

What Youll Need:

• 2+ years operating CMM equipment in a production or quality control environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
• Familiarity with either Zeiss Calypso or PCDMIS platforms (or both)
• Experience working with forged or machined components
• Comfortable working in a regulated, high-precision manufacturing environment

Whats Preferred:

• Exposure to die or tool inspection workflows
• Understanding of theoretical datums and advanced GD&T callouts
• Familiarity with aerospace or medical manufacturing standards
• Interest in learning programming or developing multi-software capability
