Overview
Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates at a local client in Lansing, MI. Manufacturing Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $17.00-$19.55/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will use hand and calibrated tools to shape and inspect parts to customer specifications, operate equipment such as grinders, belt sanders, band saws, and drill presses, complete required documentation, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and responsibility.

- 1+ years’ Metal Finishing/ Grinding experience required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to comprehend and apply written procedures, safety protocols, and operational instructions
- Willingness and ability to learn and retain new skills
- Compliance with general attendance standards required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm ($17.00/hr. with 12% shift premium bringing pay up to $19.05/hr.)
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am ($17.00/hr. with 15% shift premium bringing pay up to $19.55/hr.)

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.55 per hour
