* Job Responsibilities:

**## Description of Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain robotic and paint application equipment per control plans, ensuring quality and delivery targets are met.
* Perform and document required maintenance, calibrations, parameter settings, and robot PMs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
* Identify, document, and help resolve product, process, or quality issues in compliance with IATF-16949 requirements; verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
* Perform cross-functional assignments per established procedures, work guidance sheets, TPMs, and quality alerts.
* Maintain professional radio etiquette.
* Work overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned.
* Proficient in using diagnostic and testing equipment, including volt meters, test stands, air cap testers, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, and welders.
* Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills in a continuous improvement environment.
* Adhere to all safety policies; work safely at all times, report unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses promptly, and maintain proper ergonomics.
* Meet customer and company quality standards; direct non-conforming parts appropriately.
* Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S updates.
* Meet or exceed daily production goals and accurately record/report production data.
* Maintain clean and organized work areas; properly store tools and report equipment issues.## Who We’re Looking For:
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production and process issues.
* Ability to operate and maintain robotic paint systems and related equipment.
* Proficient in the use of diagnostic and testing equipment including volt meters, paint applicator test stands, air cap testers, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, and welders.

Preferred Experience:

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience in automotive or paint application environments is an asset.##

Shift and overtime as required in accordance with Company Policy.
