, a global leader in paper-based packaging solutions. We’re hiring a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to support manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations at the Lansing, MI facility.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Work Environment: Manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations

• Pull, sort, and ship retail, wholesale, and grower orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer and production schedules.
• Operate carousel systems (
  Pick Pro
  ) and handheld scanning devices.
• Process packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
• Customize cartons and skids based on customer specifications.
• Track, restock, and manage inventory using materials management systems.
• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper PPE use at all times.

• Experience with shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, scanners, or WMS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• A safety-first mindset and comfort working in an industrial setting.
