$83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

• Oversee and optimize daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring efficient resource and capacity utilization.
• Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance data, and report on departmental progress.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality control systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT).
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
