This is a full-time, on-site Location Manager role based in Lansing, Michigan. The Location Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the company’s commitment to quality service. Responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining customer satisfaction, training staff, and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of funeral, cremation, and cemetery services.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Outstanding Communication skills for internal team coordination and customer interactions
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in Training and talent development to lead and manage staff effectively
- Leadership capabilities and experience in providing operational oversight
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
- Licensed Funeral Director
- Previous experience in funeral home operations or related service-focused industries is a plus
