Project Manager – Customer Success

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects from contract handoff through completion. This role owns project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders. The Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, proactively managing risks and driving resolution to ensure successful delivery of utility‑scale and commercial energy projects.

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of utility‑scale and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and communication plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading regular project meetings and status reviews
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Commissioning, and Field Operations
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation and recovery plans as needed
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs, invoicing, and financial performance
• Lead change management activities, including preparation, review, and approval of change orders
• Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, and data integrity within project management systems
• Support contract administration activities, including reconciliation of contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders
• Coordinate site activities including training, Golden Rows, commissioning, and site visits
• Drive continuous improvement of project execution processes and best practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to Project Associates and Associate Project Managers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within construction, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP certification in progress
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through full lifecycle execution
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in the solar, renewable energy, or broader energy industry
• Prior experience managing utility‑scale or large commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with contract administration and change management processes
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, customer‑focused approach
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Salesforce
• SAP
