Maintenance Manager - Lansing Area

Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee maintenance budget planning, cost control, and procurement of spare parts and services.
• Ensure the optimal operational reliability and availability of all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce adherence to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and environmental regulations for all maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with production management to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance scheduling.

• Proven experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration or implementation.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or complex PLC systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
