What You'll Do
* Lead, supervise, and support Control Room Operators during all shifts.
* Ensure control room activities fully adhere to operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
* Act as the primary point of contact for operational and system blocking issues.
* Coordinate the execution of operational tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Manage team performance against important metrics, including accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
* Review, approve, and produce management-level operational reports and performance analysis.
* Lead incident management, investigation, and resolution coordination.
* Monitor the general condition and accessibility of gaming systems.
* Implement process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Train, mentor, and develop control room staff to maintain operational excellence.# What We're Looking For
* Diploma or degree in IT, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in a control room, operations centre, NOC, SOC, or gaming operations setting.
* Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
* Strong knowledge of incident management and operational reporting.
* Proficient with computer systems, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
