Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a leading Auto-parts manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor 3, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor 3

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour

• Oversee warehouse employees to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness meet business objectives.
• Support and counsel hourly employees, addressing needs and performance concerns.
• Implement process improvements using Quality Network and Workplace Organization (WPO) methodologies.
• Conduct daily safety observations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Plan and organize daily workloads, supporting shift performance and operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of technical or business training.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and motivate teams effectively.
