This position is located at Lansing, MI.

• Competitive Compensation – targeted 1st year annual compensation of $51,500 with an average 45‑hour work week.

• Learn our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and be the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and establish community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put our customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management experience.
• Leadership experience in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service, athletics or military service is a plus.
