The Market Manager is responsible for the operation and results of multiple locations within a designated area, not limited to operations, internal and external development, business relationships, wowing every internal and external customer, and profitability. Expected to provide leadership and mentoring to all direct reports and lead their team effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan for all locations.
• Manage the activities of all locations within the designated market through active coordination with the individual locations’ General Managers, monitoring capture rates to ensure stores take full advantage of opportunities.
• Hold all staff accountable for shop performance by ensuring employees understand the company mission to WOW every customer and be the best, following SOPs, and documenting performance.
• Conduit for load leveling in the market by holding daily calls.
• Recruit, interview, and train new hires; coach staff and resolve customer concerns; pursue continuous education and development; participate in external marketing and team‑building activities.
• Promote safe, clean working conditions; review audits and safety records; ensure proper PPE use; document managers who do not enforce safety policies.
• Work with corporate staff to achieve external growth of the assigned market and meet or exceed area business plan objectives.
• Review location performance against goals with managers and provide coaching; contact claims managers and dealer accounts monthly.
• Conduct operations reviews and audits monthly; meet as required.
• Develop and act as a liaison with area insurance contacts and other referral points; ensure timely client responsiveness.

• Minimum five years in collision repair industry.
• Minimum three years of management experience.
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred.
• Estimating license if applicable in the state.

• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Extensive estimating experience.
