F&I Manager

Our Car Dealership has an opportunity for a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Gratiot County, MI.

What we offer:

• Salary of $90,000-$120,000/year, dependent on experience
• Paid Time Off

What you'll do:

• Assist customers with the financing of their purchases while presenting them with all products and options that will maximize their experience
• Supervise the Sales Team to ensure they are prospecting and networking daily to solicit new customers
• Must have a thorough knowledge and enforce the dealership’s sales process
• Be an expert at Guaranteed Credit Approval (CAC), Auto Trakk, and all other finance programs
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
• Review, manage, and update customer database as required for the Sales Team
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts
• Promote the success of the dealership and Sales Team
• Strictly adhere to and enforce dealership policies, processes, procedures, and core values

What we are looking for:

• Previous F&I Management experience highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional appearance
• Goal-oriented, with superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
