SUMMARY

Administers and directs all plant engineering, maintenance and facility related support activities in an efficient and reliable fashion with regard to operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, utilities and their distribution systems, energy conservation and renovation and expansion projects. Coordinates facility upgrades, renovations and maintenance in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Administers all services with full regard for a safe and comfortable environment.

Departments consist of:
Engineering, Maintenance, Grounds, Security, DeMay Laundry Services, and Housekeeping.
