For all positions, must have valid MI driver's license, own your vehicle, pass background check, be dependable. Use of a company car provided to qualified candidates with a valid Michigan driver's license.

• Emptying trash receptacles
• Mopping
• Cleaning bathrooms, countertops, vertical/horizontal surfaces
• Dusting
• Detailing entry ways, work spaces and common areas
• Spot cleaning glass windows/structures
• Vacuum, bathroom, trash receptacles.
• Other janitorial duties as requested by the management team

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass criminal background check (No felony convictions, no drug related or violent misdemeanor convictions)
• Reliable transportation!!! Must own your vehicle to go jobsite to jobsite
• Ability to bend, lift, pull push and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc.
