The Principal - Tech Project Management supports Tech Strategy project delivery as a process subject matter expert in project management, system development and program management. Responsible for supporting the Tech Strategy team through consulting, communication and education.

• Provide program management support for several Tech Strategy initiatives [i.e. Patent program, blog posts, internal communications, etc...]
• Deliver solution that accomplishes business objectives with on-time delivery and exceptional quality.
• Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.
• Continuously manage project scope and schedule throughout lifecycle.
• Author process instruction and related materials to effectively achieve consistent execution by end users.
• Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years Project Management experience in an enterprise IT system environment, PMP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred.
• Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.
• Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Enterprise Project Management tools (e.g., Clarity).
• Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.
