Senior Full Stack Developer (10 yrs) - Angular, C#, .NET, SQL Server
Type: 1 year contract (with extensions)
Work Arrangement: HYBRID: 2 days a week (M/Tu) - NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION - Local candidates only. Candidates must be within a 60mi radius of Lansing.

Pay Range: $60-70 +/- (variable dependent)
Must Have Skills- 10 years working with:
Angular, C# .Net, JavaScript, SSRS, SQL Server, and working in an environment utilizing hybrid agile/waterfall project management methodologies. - 5 years writing, compiling, modifying, and debugging complex SQL Server database configuration items, including, but not limited to, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Tables, and linked servers.
- 5 years working with Java and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for backlog management, sprint planning, task tracking, and progress reporting, supporting Agile methodologies.
- Experience in Health and Human Services reimbursement process for Medicaid and Medicare expenses related to Long Term Care.
This Programmer Analyst position will act as a senior developer in a hybrid waterfall/agile environment on a small development team to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements for a Long Term Care Reimbursement project.
This Position Will Be Responsible For The Following- Lead application development efforts for large-scale systems following SUITE methodology and Agile frameworks.
- Design, Develop and maintain applications using C#.Net and Angular.
- Writing user acceptance test plans, creating required test data, and assisting users with running tests.
- Participating in requirements gathering session to document scoping, definition, analysis, business design, and technical design phases.
- Author technical standards, choose technology, and create technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports.
- Extensive knowledge on source control tools such as GIT.
- Participate in Solutions Design Team (SDT) meetings and assist in the creation of Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessments (EASA), infrastructure Service Requests (ISR), Hosting documents, and Firewall Rules as needed.
- Develop database objects including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Hands‑on experience integrating software components into a fully functional software system.
- Ensure proper change management is followed and documented for all changes to system designs and prod changes.
- Development training content and facilitate training.
- Serve as technical resource to the Project Manager and liaison to the PMO to assist with resolving project issues.
